seriously that proof file has got to be getting pretty fucking big at this point seriously its getting to the point where theres no argument. are you able to see the side of the bike from the picture i took of you and dave up on the wall?

Yes, but it is a little blurry, still should be good. i am going to push the bike into the street one night this weekend and try to get some clear shots in that light showing the difference between the tank then and now.


I am also working on contacting my local state level representative to address the issue of a state contracted tow company (the only tow company used on the ben franklin according to the DRPA website) that can not provide liability insurance to either me or my insurance company.

I'm telling you, I am going to persue this with a vengance. Once I get them to pay for the damages, which at this point anything over $600 I'd be happy with (actual cost of repairs so far), however I have an appointment monday morning to get an estimate from Body by Duie on rt 130, one of the best and most expensive body shops I know of. What would really make me happy is if i could figure out how to sue for over $2500 because then according to PA law they are required to hire a lawyer (http://courts.phila.gov/pdf/brochure...aims-court.pdf, which would cost them more money). I also found out that the filing fee for small claims court is between $45 and $65, which if they loose they are required to cover. I'm pissed very very very pissed.
