Theres a couple of internet radio apps that are free. You can get some local espn stations on them. Since you are in a big market, they may have yours.

Couldn't find one that did unfortunately, tried a few different ones. Didn't try Wunderground since it was like $7.

Here are my results. I did a restart and used task killer to kill everything but alarm & netcounter. 108mb free and wifi turned off. Android 2.1 update 1. I also task kill'd after each benchmark.

Linpack - This is a quick benchmark. I just hit it one time, no average since you can go on forever.

MFLOPS: 4.515
Time: 1.2 seconds
Norm Res: 3.36

Quadrant - Does cpu, memory, I/O, and 2d/3d benchmarks.

Score: 365

Gears: Just shows gears moving and frame rate. I watched it for 1 minute and watched for the lowest and highest number. The evo is capped at 30 fps so you're disqualified silly.

Lowest: 57
Highest: 61

NenaMark1 - OpenGL benchmark

FPS: 10.5

What format do movies need to be converted to to work on the Droid? I've tried 3 different file formats and 8 different players and I can't get shit to work.

The only format i could ever get to work was .3GP
BUT Android says it supports .mp4(Mpeg4+mp3) like an i-Pos
