By the way, you sent me the most awesomest picture that night showing no damage to the right side of my bike. it just got enough of the tank to show where the crease was not at that point of the night and where it is now
 vs the next day

seriously that proof file has got to be getting pretty fucking big at this point seriously its getting to the point where theres no argument. are you able to see the side of the bike from the picture i took of you and dave up on the wall?

I also found out that the filing fee for small claims court is between $45 and $65, which if they loose they are required to cover. I'm pissed very very very pissed. I'm pulling all my super jew powers out in force
