Flash isint included in the firmware, you gotta download it separate. Try poking around the android forums

Meh just did some searching apparently it still not working on ARM9 devices running Froyo.
Market download is blocked

But I can not really complain with the speed increase.
scored 3.767 on linpack at 576mhz and 79MB free RAM with JIT
