Ya I totally see that. But the problem with tipping is that it comes after the meal. Lots of servers are crap at their job and then expect a good tip. A good tip is for good servers.

Oh Canadians get ripped on for not tipping (in the States at least) all the time. That's because in Canada servers make minimum wage PLUS tips. So they get paid way more than someone who just makes minimum wage and is probably why a lot of Canadians don't tip as much. Fyi.
