I got 1 out of the 3 right now, retirement is very important to me. I will have 3 of 3 for this year's taxes.

I guess Im lucky. I dont get taxes taken out on tips (knock on wood) Of course I dont get that much back either.

Your supposed to claim your tips a few years back the IRS cracked down hard on tipped employees audited several and they were really screwed they owed shit tons in back taxes and penalties. I would claim at least minimum wage when I was an independent construction contractor IE laborer with no benifits I had to save the money in an account so that I would be able to pay come tax filing time.....

yeah... claim a minor part of it. What you lose in taxes at that point won't affect you much, but it will show you claiming SOMETHING at least.
