Don't know, just saw this woman complaining about not getting good promotions while men were moving up quicker than her. Apparently Walmart use to promote without listing job openings. They picked who they wanted and asked them if they wanted the job. They picked men most of the time. Now they list the job opening and everyone can apply on it.

Either that or the men were more aggressive in making their interest known.......or were willing to work more hours
