While I like my husband's hyper, I hated it at 80mph. I mean, HATED it. If you're going to go Duc, go Streetfighter.

Aprilia is the shit, and always will be the shit. No matter what city you ride in, you see Ducatis every day........ why not get something less common (and better-looking IMO).

You're a little close to af1 for an accurate opinion dear. I've seen a total of four in about five years. 2 rsvs, a tuono, and a futura. Compare that to the five or six ducs I see a week usually see a couple triumphs a week too

Having owned exotic cars in a rural setting in the past I am of course concerned about points of service. Because a machine no matter how beautiful or high performance that needs service 4 hours away on a on a weekday is little more than pretty sculpture. I have one Aprillia dealer about 2 hours from me (an acceptable distance if the bike is the right one) Ducati is about 45 minutes from me.
Back to my original post, are there other bikes that I am missing that I should be considering?

LOVE the F800R, but you might enjoy the torque of the 1200 motor better.

To be honest I am done buying what looks good. For me it has to ride well, one of the things that causes me some hesitation are the lack of service points in my area. That said the numbers on the Tuono V4 look great but Until I can ride one I don''t know. Again real world issues for me are Ride and Budget. Has anyone here got any saddle time on the V4 Tuono?
