He actually offers up a proper explanation at the beginning of his video, where he goes on to claim no one has given him a decent explanation.

It's a guy is drag, playing the bit part of the old lady in the scene, hiding his face with his hand in order to avoid detection. The talking? Motherfucker probably mumbling to himself "no ones buying me in this fucking get up, this is fucking ridiculous".

Or it's clearly time travel, which would be the other logical conclusion.
