I heard buffalo has over 4 feet and its seems to be snowing EVERY day up there, gotta love lake effect snow.

its been rather cold here with a lot of days only reaching the hight 20's, yesterday and today were a little better but its supposed to drop again over the weekend.

long range forecast has it sneaking up to near 40 next week, we can def use the break

About the same for here. Our high today was like 15. Low of -8 friday night. Probably a record low for the last 5-10 years.

I'm here, procrastinating reading my nutrition book for my 2 week semester. I should really go shower but getting hot water has been iffy these days and I just don't feel like standing there freezing while I wait for the hot water to come and go.

had a couple of people come in and have one pt from earlier that has me scratching my head as far as whats going on so were doing the million dollar work up on her and will see if we find anything.
