Anywhere you buy tires here you will spend $$$ mounting them. I have gotten in the habit of taking both wheels off and dropping them off at the local shop, and $40 and an afternoon later they are mounted. if you take the wheels off the bike yourself it is cheaper than if you have them do it.

I've been using Mount Holley Powersport on rt38 in NJ. The last 2 times I had them change tires they did both wheels in under 30 minutes over my lunch break

Look on craigslist. A bunch of people buy mounting equipment and will usually do it for you for a lot less money or a case of beer.

Yeah, there's no way I'd let anyone take the wheels off my bike. I HATE letting them mount tires, and if I had the money, I'd buy a machine to do it myself.

under $100 at Harbor Freight, another $30 for Mojo blocks and you'll never pay someone else to change your tire again.

Thats quite a deal. Especially since no one but me could scratch my wheels. Thats my biggest fear with letting someone else do it.

Man I need to get the tire machine. Could bolt it right to the lift when needed and into rafter when not. Hmmmm. I will need a new rear this year. AL, post up the links again. I may hv to get ordering.
