Pretty much.

Although in my darkest moments with my ex, I occasionally consoled myself with fantasies of him suffering excruciating torture at my hands... but I plead the 5th on that.

Feed him on a random schedule and vary the "day and night" lighting, so that there is no sense of time.

Leave him like that for about a week, then have a casual conversation about everything he knows.

A long time ago I read about a similar torture, except it was just one person. Staked out naked and had something sweet (I think it was honey, I can't remember) rubbed on them and let the ants and other buggies crawl and bite them for a day. Then they poured a alcohol all over him.
