I've done a lot of research on them. I've been researching for a few months.
At this point I'm looking at getting a rescue dog. Aside from liking the idea of helping out a rescue, I don't think a pure puppy situation would be the best where I live. |

I love them! They are like pugs with bat ears. I researched them briefly, they should be pretty mellow. Kinda of like pugs but with more dignity.

@ video: u sure he's not having a seizure? LOL @ org. ?: they are related to boston terriers. my bostons have NEVER calmed down. never. i have a distant friend (more a friend of a friend) who has a frenchie. super cute super SPOILED (that may make a difference) dog. good dog but high maintenance. will have same breathing issues as all flat faced dogs (remember to not over heat them) and possible hip/leg issues. they are very expensive, which is why i'd be careful of adopting them too. imo, anyone who can dump money on a $1000 dog just to dump it at a rescue place has to either be at their wit's end over a monster dog or has ruined a dog mainly because they just had too much money to blow. kwim?
