The irony, of course, is that MJ makes you more passive, where alcohol can often have the opposite effect, and is not legislated at all in this manner.

Until Federal law is changed the MJ Card Holder exist in a VERY grey area. Subject at almost any time to arrest on federal charges. Expect the same treatment from Insurance companies ( Surcharges for drivers with cards) Certifications of any kind and any federal job.
God I am tired of spending my tax dollars on chaing this foolishness
