Awesome.

I love it when the photographers that go the distance get some payoff. I know how difficult it is....

Thanks. Now only if the clients knew. Hell, I had the people from one dirt racing group contact me, to see if I wanted to travel 100 Kms, to shoot their event and give them the pictures. They were generous enough to offer 'photo credit' for my time and trouble

Yup, both Trip and I said that. Both of those shots were framed exactly that way, straight from the camera

I did crop a few shots for the book though, because they had to fit the page restrictions.

Did they offer to let you buy them lunch too? Asshats.

Love that last pic. Excellent work.

They were "... looking for a photographer to give us many great photos and videos to use for the website and advertising etc...." but "Unfortunately we are on a limited budget, this is the run this event and have a lot of expenses."

Well advertising is an expense. It's not free.

Thanks. It got a lot of notice. Fortunately no one else seems to have quite figured out the angle I use for shots like that one yet

Limited budget and need a digital camera? Do they know Walmart sells cameras for $100 (sometimes less). Or do you guys have Walmarts? I know Carrefour sells them and for sure those french speaking quebecian bastards have one of those.

Should have gone and taken the pics. Then give them thumbnail size like this...

Then tripple your prices.
