From experience dealing with things like this. nude photos of minors can be defined as child porn, which is considered sexual abuse, which all schools are obligated to immediately report to social services for investigation. I'd imagine when this question is raised in court, the school officials are FUCKED UP THE ASS.

I used to hang out with the admins and our school psychologist, so I kinda know this shit really well.

Yes, to be fair the child pornographers should immediately be arrested and charged. Send the girls to jail!

In all honesty though yes, circulating the unedited pictures to faculty members is at least improper, at most child pornography. It's unnecessary to do so, in order to identify who the pictures are of.

See, if it were my daughter - I would deal with her punishments behind closed doors. But, I would defend her rights to the end of the world. As a teenager, said girls are retarded - we all were as teenagers, so I'm assuming these girls are. They did something stupid - not a shocker.
