I think that we could get a fairly good National series through the co-operation of RACE (Shannonville), SOAR (Cayuga), and Turn-2 (the track school that runs out of 'Bogie). Add in TFR (St. Eustache) for the Quebec contingent, then rent Mosport for a round. ARL (Subenacadie) could be the coastal round, as they are for the Nationals now. Only a few classes would be carried in all those groups; perhaps just Pro Superbike, Pro Sportbike, and Amateur Sportbike. Each group could choose maybe 2 additional, local classes, to act as support races. Only one problem with that; egos. I don't know the guys at ARL or TFR, but the owner of Shannonville has an ego problem. I like Ken at SOAR fine, but he's got the ego going on too.

Ken's SOAR Series is more grass roots. If I read his intentions right in the beginning, when he was asking if I could be his official shooter, he was aiming more at the track day crowd; "run what ya brung." If you had a bike he either had, or would make, a class for it. He was rather disaffected with RACE.

Yeah, I meant RACE.
Expand it to more tracks(calabogie, Mostport, Shubie) and make it the national series. then every racer(north and south of the border) should be allowed to kick Fraiser in the nuts.

They ran 3 rounds at Cayuga back in (I think) 2003. They were so poorly attended that it was the last season for it.
