the round trip... i am hoping to get a power outlet put on the front of the buell and have a system for placing the saddlebags from the rc on the buell |

it has a power point on it, just need to convert the end to a cigarette lighter end, or whatever you need.
it's coiled up in the front fairing somewhere. |

Drewpy, obviously you have never been to Wyoming. I-80 is incredibly shitty on a motorcycle. All the 18-wheelers that can't make it over the mountains on I-70, take I-80. So there's tons of 'em. And the wind around Laramie is unbelievable.
I recommend taking I-25 north a ways and then cutting off to Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. The twisty roads around there are legendary. Then go west over the Big Horn Mountains. You say you like geology? When you come to the Tetons from the east, they look unreal. A giant block-fault, so there are no foothills to spoil the view. Then of course, there's Yellowstone. Then take some backroads across Idaho and you'll see why they call the mountains the Sawtooth's. But you could spend so much time in these places that you would have to tell your sister that you'll see her next year. |
