Good idea...a friend did that so he could plug in either a radar detector or his GPS and I may do the same later on...but not to play games.

Yea thats what i installed it for. I have ordered a Tom Tom Rider 1 GPS for 45 bucks on ebay with a 90 day warranty so im thinking it must be good. I have also gotten an A/C inverter with a USB plug in it so i can plug almost anything in as in my phone,GPS,Radar,MP3 and the video camera i ordered. Its the Drift XC170. Cant wait to get some Video with that sucker.

One question how can i have my connections all hooked up to the battery without it killing the Battery? Will i need a junction box or an "on-off" switch that goes in between it or something?

yes. the touring/sport touring bikes get a lot of this kinda stuff going on... my ex had a set of 5 switches that he added to his R12RT, and that ran to a FuzeBlock which was tied to the battery. Switched power for a myriad of accessories, including one switch for a cig plug like you've got
