I like food spicy and flavorful, not necessarily hot. The green chile tabasco is a favorite of mine and there is a Cholula green sauce that works pretty good.

as for basic hot sauce, Crystals or Louisiana hot sauce. tobasco is to vinegar-y. Tobasco Chipolte works good in chili though.

not big on hot sauce... but I can deal with decently hot wings... but I like flavor more... and once it gets to a certain point... it's just hot... no flavor.

I hate habeneros.
As for hot sauces, I like Valentina. You can get it in the Mexican food section. Also the hot sauce at the local Chinese place has a good flavor. I have no idea the name.
