i think there are three or four of them squatting in the foreclosed house across the street from me...

my problem is they did get in the attic. There was a good sized hole in the roof they used to go in the attic. was like that right away when we moved in. What I thought was strange was the hole is right over the bedroom and the head of the bed so you can hear everything theyre doing up there. Had they tried going in over the dining room we may never have known theyre up there.

This one must have been one of the old occupants since he was scratching away right over the spot we patched. When we first repaired it we put wood over it before we got time to shingle it and we did see scratches on the wood so we knew they were trying to get in.

interesting, neighbors may start to wonder why theyre seeing colorful racoons rummaging through the trash

We do have a lot of birds here but were right on the bay so they have tons of places to nest then come into our ares to eat. havent seen anything as far a sbats down this way but am sure theyre out there.
