I've learned I have more patience than I ever thought I could have. I just helped not 1 but 2 75+ year old men swap out their computers at work, got them all reset back up and they even logged themselves in again.....and all without me having to kill anyone....Good day!

When I flew to San Francisco the other week I was sitting over the wing and actually thought about that episode but it's been so long I didn't remember that he was in that one.

I don't think I've learned anything today but it's still early.
