They're not allowed to serve or sell consumables at a headshop.

I was going to open a headshop with a friend of mine and we were going to have a float/snack bar, so I've looked into it already.

Well, what I learned is that headshops tend to be ostracized by the surrounding community and are usually "encouraged" read: forced, into more seedy or secluded areas. Not to mention that the overhead to operate two separate businesses ( a snack shop next door to a headshop ) would be far greater than doing it all in one building, with one HVAC, a single round of permits and etc. etc.

You could just put a cardboard dividing wall. One side is suite A, the other suite B. See how easy that was?
