That sounds way too familiar. I would watch taking Excedrin. If you take it all the time you will give yourself rebound headaches from the caffeine. I take Maxalt and it seems to work most of the time. I hope you feel better.

My daughter gets migraines...VERY sound/light/touch sensitive when it happens..she NEVER complains about anything...but they knock her flat. It's odd....it's rare that my wife or I even get head-aches....not sure why she gets them.

14...she's been having them since she was a little girl....like 8 or 9 maybe?

I started getting them in the fifth grade. They got really bad during high school. My parents took me to ever doctor they could but I did not start getting some relief until they found a neurologist who specialized in headaches.

I had them when I was 13-14 too. Mine were being caused by stress. Damn over-acheiver syndrome.

I'll bet you had to take the test where you put your head in a box and stare straight ahead and click the button whenever you see a point of light in order to measure where the blind spots are for each eye

I do indeed get rebound headaches from the caffine Annoying.

Time for a cold wash cloth across the forehead, and a room with no lights or sounds.

When I was young I had bad bad headaches. They could have been migraines. I had to go for test for it where they plugged wires in to a unit and stuck the other ends in my head. Fun stuff.

It stopped after a while. But when I was older and would get bad headaches I could listen to music pretty loud and it would make me feel a bit better. But everything else drove me nuts. But I don't think they even close to migraines.
