dude you made a wise decision as that is a high quality piece.. my friend who has it is far more wise about guns and quality than i could ever aspire to be and he bought one.. .40 cal - nice.. you can gator hunt with that bitch.. let me tell you i have owned and been around guns my whole life.. when i was younger mainly shot rifles and shotguns and i am a fucking dead eye with iron sights with any rifle or shotgun.. i just started shooting pistols like 5 years ago.. i couldn't hit a motherfucking whale if i was 5 feet away from it.. i suck shooting a pistol.. if someone ever did break in i would just unload the clip and use the spray lead theory.. i am sure 2 or 3 would hit that motherfucker while my pit bull chewed them up..
i am going to go to the range with my friend and shoot his m&p as i want to get a .40 cal as well and i am seriously considering it.. if it shoots 1/2 as good as my ruger its a done deal.. best of luck sheriff - be safe..

i am not a big fan of the glocks.. i know they are very popular though and you can immerse them in water not that i ever would need to.. i am not planning any combat missions to walmart or anything through the detroit river in full camflouge.. i also heard that glocks are wildy inaccurate.. of course so am i so maybe i should get a glock.. well at least with a pistol i am.. give me a rifle and i will shot the nuts off a fly at 1,000 meters with iron sites.. with a pistol i couldn't shoot a fucking wale 10' in front of me..

I am not a fan of how Glock's feel, but do recognize they make a quality piece...
I'm not too terrible of a shot... |

Congrats man. I was actually at the gun shop today with my bro and dad. While my dad was shootin the shit with some guys my brother and I started looking at pistols some. The M&P was one of the two that caught my eye. The other was a Ruger P95 9mm that was like 350 or something.

I did that too... Grouping wasn't quite as pretty... In fact... 4 of 15 missed the target completely... I'm workin' on it... Still not bad considering my level of experience...
