Looks like they pussified the ultimate cliff hanger, the top grip from the two inclined grips looks much easier than the jap version.

we're fatter remember? there used to be this big ass navy dude who would always beast his way through the first two stages and get smoked on three because he was built bigger than their average

yeah, its our bigger size. Apparently this was the real japanese version of ninja warrior without showing the jap contestants. They filmed it at the same time as the japanese version and only showed the American contestants. I wonder what happened to Levi and Brian, they weren't in this season at all or maybe they weren't shown with the other japanese contestants and apart of the Jap show.

the two from the first sponsored attempt? didnt make it past 1st stage iirc. further than olivia though

Levi made it to the third stage a few seasons ago and Brian has made it to the third stage the past two seasons.

Levi was injured before ANW, Brian did not make it out of boot camp
