torrents are easy... just download a program that will download the torrent like uTorrent (the one I use) then search the sites listed here, isohunt is another one, click the torrent file and tell it to open with the program (uTorrent) and it'll download it for ya.

what.cd for music, though you can find a lot of music with a rapidsearch.
for racing I use a private tracker which I like a lot better than racing-underground. PM me for the url as you're not allowed to post it on open forums.

I use puretna.com for porn, isohunt.com for music/movies, and mininova.org for music/movies... Honestly, if it's not on any of the three, you probably don't need it.
