For this to have gone on this long makes me think that she's a man and is avoiding the obvious examinations which is forcing the officials to use more complicated methods of gender identification.

I was thinking the same thing. Just a quick exam, or a scan to see if she's packing a uterus and it could be done.

I'm betting she's a woman, just a busted one with jacked up test levels.

Maybe they know she has a vag, but maybe it had a surgery to remove the appendage and make it a woman. Maybe they're complaining thinking it was done so it could win races? Hell if I know (or care).
