Funny this came up today, I just put everything down last night during a riveting "prepare for death" weekend of making wills and documenting assets and accounts.
Including all our debts and assets, we're comfortably in the black. Which is comforting news since I will be unemployed in the near future... |

Aside from the mortgage were not too bad.
I owe about5k in student loans (will prolly pay that off in a year) I have around 6k on the buell (hopefully the same on paying that off) then on my regular cc and 2 store cards I have around 1300 but thats with a few zero interest deals with sears and lowed and will have them knocked out soon. Most of that is just from needing stuff for the new house so I can justify it at least. |

I have $0 dept except for my mortgage. All vehicles were bought used and paid off quickly.
Thank God my parents paid for my college education (my grad degree I paid for but it was CHEAP since I worked at Vandy at the time). They started me out dept free in 2001 and I have been thanking them every chance I get since.

Just paid off my truck and my wife's student loans last month
2 years of payments left on the Mazda, 11.5 years left on the house. Oh, and I owe about a grand on my riding mower, I keep forgetting about that. Been keeping things pretty tight the past couple of years. All told, our current debt is roughly equal to our current gross household income for 1.5 years. I'd sleep easier if our savings were a bit fatter, but at least it's diversified (stocks, bonds, cash, silver, canned food, ammunition, etc.)

Gotta mortgage and some money on the line of credit
No credit card debt All vehicles are paid for.. Based on current conditions in the housing market, we're in good shape with all those funky ratios. Would like to stop writing tuition checks as that is my biggest drain right now. |

We owe a bit on my jeep but I have paid it off in 3 years I could pay it off bur we are stockpiling for when I go on maternity and family leave. By the time baby comes we will have no debt. Also we are putting extra on the mortgage.
