The biggest problem with Cali is the overcrowdedness of people. Asians and Mexicans breed like rabbits. Not uncommon to pack 7 people in a one-bedroom apartment. This is the reason.....they start em young.

I've lived on Ohio States campus for 3 years.... crowd doesnt bother me. Neither does a bunch of people in small spaces, I live in a dorm for a year.

I'm looking to put 2 people in a 1 bed apt with a den, atleast for my first year till I build up some cash. We can put one in the bedroom, one in the den. I can always add one person to the family room if I see I cant hack it. But starting pay should handle...

Laws for breeding don't sound so bad now.

Why would you move to CA if you have to live with 3 people in a one-bedroom apt? I could understand if you are saving for a house, but really.

Cali is expensive to live. While the housing is coming down, the rent is about the same, you pay 400 bucks a year to register a 20k car, 800 a year to insure it, gas is 3 bucks a gallon, income tax is 10%, sales tax is 9.75% and tickets are 400 bucks for speeding 5 over.

You better make good coin.

Move to Vegas, its cheaper, housing is brand new, no state income tax and traffic isn't bad.

I'm not a Vegas fan myself (don't like to gamble), but the housing is cheap and it's always warm.
