THat's most roads anywhere. I was still smart enough to not stand next to a puddle, I mean how hard is it? IF you're walking it's another thing but I still kept my eye out for that kind of stuff.

WHat's really stupid is that splashing someone is a criminal offense. Seriously, I bet none of those kids melted I just feel they're making it a much bigger deal than it is. I'm glad my sister never called the law on me for throwing buckets of cold water on her while she was sunbathing when we were kids. I should be punished, she could have caught a cold.

They may have not melted, but what if their iPhones got ruined, along with their schoolwork, lunches, etc.
If this had happened to any board member here, you would all be talking about pulling your pistols, to show the car driver how Charles Bronson does it.
