Yes. (At least on my Droid). Haven't tested the Blackberry yet.
Wifi Speed 3569 kbps download speed 1116 kbps upload speed 3G Network (Verizon) 1086 kbps download 806 kbps upload

Not sure how much it affects it, but the 3G test was done in a moving vehicle.
The Wifi was done about 15ft from my computer at home sitting on the couch. But Wifi is faster all the time, from what I have noticed. The Wifi at my district office is ridiculously fast, compared to my house wifi.
