The gloves came today. They aren't bad for short commutes as far as protection goes. I wouldn't recommend them for any serious riding. They are comfortable and stick to my grips really well, but don't have any kind of padding or armor to speak of.

I got a pair of the perforated and solid gloves yesterday, and tried the perforated ones today. I used the measurement on the Newenough web site and ordered size large, but they are pretty tight. The leather is thin, but I can really feel the clutch and brake levers. Great for street riding. And I'll probably leave the US Army patch on.

I'm leaving the patch on mine. I was in the Navy; close enough.

I'm leaning toward some badass SPIDI's.

These are what I wear w/my 2-piece:
http://www.racersupply.com/imageViewRS2.asp?ID=6 I picked them up at a race I went to last year. I think I paid $30 for them. For the money, they're pretty nice! Some of the racers were wearing them. |
