ive ridden a naked bike in 40 deg. sucked. felt like 20 with the wind and fog.
sucked hard.

and 45* on a sport bike is different than 45* on a Touring bike... ( used to hear all the time how people rode in 37* weather no problem on their gold wings) and I don't wanna think about the naked bikes...

Depends also on length of ride and if you are riding in town or highway.
