What if I go over to fuck my mistress, leave my car unlocked, then get my car stolen. Does my infidelity absolve the thief of his crime?

Taking the absolute best case for Tiger: People who do drug deals run the risk of getting jacked.

So if you want to steal without being a thief you should only steal from drug dealers or buyers?

Nowhere did I say that anything justifies anything. I simply stated the fact that he made a mistake (didn't even say what it was as some would argue it was the infidelity and others would argue it was the getting caught) and the other fact is that now he is paying for that mistake. I personally believe that he shouldn't have gotten married or had kids in the first place. Or he should've married someone that was okay with the gross level of infidelity he displayed. Now if his car got broken into while he was commiting the adultery....well that's a whole other story. |

Isn't the whole situation kind of one big clusterfuck? How could you possibly extricate the payout from the original sin? The reason the payout is so high is because this isn't just your typical "irreconcilable differences" kind of divorce.

I agree that those that cheat on their spouses deserve to be punished, quite frankly, it should still be illegal. That being said, I don't agree with all this monetary payout stuff. $100,000,000? That's ridiculous. Maybe if she had taught him how to play golf or something but exactly how was she instrumental is his earning of wealth? If they started a business together, maybe but he was already rich when they met. I've never believed that an adult deserves to be paid by the other adult after a divorce... she should go get a job. He has already supported her in the lap of luxury for however long they have been together, she hasn't worked akaik. She has gotten all of her needs fulfilled and her wishes granted. Heck, if you want to do a financial analysis of the situation, she owes him money! Of course you all realize that this doesn't include whatever the child support is going to be.... Fixed and single is where it's at, baby!!!

I'm not saying she's broken a law and deserves to be in jail. I'm saying that deep in her heart, she's a thief and a whore. Stealing $100 million dollars is a much worse action than fucking a bunch of willing women.
