Independence Day is actually a must see movie. If you are in to movies you know this may not be the most well written movie but still worth a watch for the talent in it, the CGI, which was cutting edge at the time, and the Director of Photography did a pretty good job.

I have gone through and thrown them into categories, if you disagree with where I put something just say so and I will change it. Remember a lot of these movies fall into more than one so I put it in the 'dominant' one.

I forgot Out of Sight......excellent movie.

Behind Enemy Lines as well.

Both of those movies used a non-traditional style that really worked well.
