Wouldn't have a problem dropping weight with a habit like THAT.

Week One: cabbage soup detox

Week Two and beyond, until goal is achieved:

07AM - two hardboiled eggs or protein shake
10AM - fruit
12PM - 5oz canned salmon or chicken breast w/ vegetable
02PM - fruit
06PM - 5-10oz meat w/ vegetable

Cutting out all starches and processed sugars. This is basically the half-portion version of my weight-lifting diet.

good luck.

That's not nearly enough cals.

Did you factor in your macros?

Nowhere near enough protein (or carbs for that matter) in that diet. And, you should have a high protein, 0 carb meal before bed to keep your metabolism going.

This diet reads: Im an idiot with no clue what im doing, but i'll be damned if I wont try and fail miserably!!

Eh. I've already decided not to fail. Like riding motorcycles in extreme cold, this is the sort of discomfort that convinces my disjointed brain I've accomplished something. I'm taking my body down to a weight it has never approached as an adult. What would you recommend?

There will be some variation... the types of meat and vegetables will vary and I might include evening snacks (nuts or another egg). Remember, I'm not looking to build muscle mass and I'm half your size to begin with.

Ill say it once more, your diet is fucked up mess. No matter your size, you still need about 2g of protein for every lb of body weight, to LOSE WEIGHT.

Its nice that you think you've decided not to fail, but your wrong, and will be miserable, lethargic, and will quit in a matter of weeks with that diet.
