I dont think it's staged. Although It made the news and UPS released a statement about it stating they havent seen the video (Or had not at the time of the news coverage)
It would not shock me at all if it was legit. People are scumbags.

The guy gives a finger to the camera. Why would any sane person do that if he knew he was being recorded (unless he was quitting anyway)?

Why wouldnt they?
You make it seem like people make rational decisions all the time? Maybe he saw the Fedex video and doesnt appreciate people with home security systems and cameras so he was making a statement? I dont assume people make smart decisions in life...I gave up on the human race.
