Ill try just about any hot sauce at least once but the only stuff I keep in the house is Franks Red Hot Original and the Franks Buffalo Wing.

louisiana is what I use when I need to use a basic hot sauce as well. I can find better ways to spice food than hot sauce though. I am sure you are capable of the same coming from the same great culinary state.

I love all hot sauces. from the cheapest 99c liter bottles with the crazy eye'd red pepper to the wildest and most exotic.

I don't really have a favorite, but I love all sorts of hot sauce and spicey food in general.

Since Firehouse was mentioned... I found they have a hot sauce there that they don't even keep out... at least the one by my work does (the only one I've ever been to)... Anyway, they rate the hotness from 1-10... this is the only one they have a 10 on... well, actually someone scratched out the 10 and put in an 11 (ala Spinal Tap I'd guess)... I forget what it's called, but it's rifuckingdiculously hot, but has EXCELLENT flavor.
