I gave my son rides to school through his freshmen year of high school. Once he got into high school though it slowed down considerably. then as a sophomore I would ride to school with him (separate bieks)as he was on his own bike then. Just keeping an eye on him as he was new at riding on the street then.

I think I was around 16 the last time I rode on the back of my Dad's bike....so I'd say around 16
