You're right that most people won't pass a cop, no matter what lane he's in or what speed he's doing. I routinely pass cops at 10-15 Khm over the limit, on 100 Kmh highways.

Same here. I will pass a cop all day long if they are going under the limit with no lights on.

Oddly, I walk with some difficulty, and I would probably qualify for plates, yet on principles I choose to leave such things for people worse off than me...perhaps those with wheels...but whatever...

Usually people who do need it won't park there becuase they know for a lot of them exercise (even a walk from the back of a Walmart parking lot) is what will help their recovery time or just keep them active.

Now if your fat ass weighs 400lbs or more and you use a rascal to move your lard ass around then you should be forced by law under the policing powers of government to park at least a mile away. Being a fat ass shouldn't be a handicap. If someone goes through 3 packs of smokes a day do we give them a tag so they can make it into the store easier because of their emphysema? Fat asses are usually the people I see use handicapped spots.
