How do you figure better than Cali? The best riding roads in America are in San Diego County. No broken-up East Coast or Midwest roads can compare, not even the Gap.

And as for gun laws, sure it's probably a little harder to get a CCL here, but other than that it's not much different.

As for Philly, most of it is a dump IMO. Of course, you did export the worst of it to NJ (Camden).

You cant beat Cali. You can surf, golf, and snow ski all in the same day. Not a good place if you hate traffic and the school systems sucks though.
