F-1 cars are built much like military aircraft. Exacting tolerences, the best materials money can buy, an emphasis on performance, balanced with the knowledge that someone's life depends on your shit working properly.

But sometimes, they break anyway.

If humans knew everything there was to know, about how to build shit so it would never break, shit wouldn't break.

So if you hit a deer in your car is it your fault or the guy that built your car? There are to many varibles in this world to think you can control them all.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN A BIRD STRIKE! As I said in my last post that you freaking quoted for God sake. You don't know that anyone was at fault but your ready to blame everyone.

They probably outbid the competion, otherwise contract to build this plane probably go to some other corp.

Planes and house's are a bad mix..

It was just down the road from my sister...she knew them in passing...freaked everyone out. Someone I know was in the gold building on Briley...said it looked like the pilot fought the plane to keep it from hitting the building (highly populated) and tried to aim it away...sad...

Its a machine, machines break. It might have been a bird strike or some thing are you going to sue the bird for flying near a airport?

It doesn't matter. The pilot is in control of the aircraft regardless of mechanical failure.

If I run into the back of a car because of brake failure I'm still at fault.

RIP to the fallen. The father has hella character IMO...a good man.
