yea-not tryin to drag knee or nothing, just be smooth. i started sittin on the bike semi tucked, with my hands behind my back and my ass just off the seat to build up alil stamina. i just do it til it hurts every time i park the bike. im in decent shape, but i hear its a workout to a few specific muscles

It is just a really fast track!

I guess when I go I want to do Streets (although it may be Button Willow) because I would think it would be better for learning turns and tight maneuvers.

I have never been to a track day so I am just going on what it feels like being in a car...and the big track was fast!

Maybe this is just my nerves though...

my first (and only) track day was on a very fast track. fastest in the central race circuit. In sept they are opening the short track and I hope to hit that. Should slow it down and make it more technical.

im ok with goin balls out on the straight, actually lookin 4word to it on the gsxr. mite just take it to the dragstrip for that. they regulate speeds i hear tho if ur a noob

edit-was lookin at the layout, that shit looks way fun, but i couldnt find anything goin on for the 24th of oct. not a track day anyway. weird cuz dlit mentioned that date, and my homies told me the same thing like 2days ago.

It is not the straight that worries me...it is turn 8.

I have heard many stories of people flipping their cars at turn 8.

IMO these activities need to be removed from the olympics:

Badminton
Table Tennis
Handball
Trampoline

WTF are they doing in the olympic games????

MMA should be added to the olympics.

ANY event that requires judges should be removed because it is not a sport...like,

Figure Skating, Gymnastics, Diving....
