I was suppose to get it in July or August...get a call in July saying it came in but was spelled wrong. They told me it could be up to another 3 months and gave me a paper plate registration...which expires at the end of the month.

scary thought here, I just passed the USAREUR driving test. I can now get licensed in Germany, and other European countries. Autobon here I come!
