Very good point. And like he said, he woulda stopped if the guy was still on the ground and everything, but if hes up and going, theres nothing more that he could have done.

Ya, what he said.

I did stop for another motorcyclist on Sunday, but he didn't crash. It sounded like his spark plugs were done for (very old Yami cruiser) and he was creeping along the shoulder of the carpool lane. So I ran interference and blocked traffic for him while he was moving all the way across the four lanes freeway to get to the exit. Talk about hairy shits with the fucking cagers honking at you. I was about to kick one bastard's door in as he scraped by us.

But, sorry, itgirl, I don't have much sympathy for dumbasses who raced on the street (myself included), and who especially didn't have no damn gears on. Like I said, if the guy had been all fucked up I would have stopped but he was already up and hobbling about without much bleeding or broken anything and his own riding buddy stopped (too bad the other riding buddy didn't) to help him out.

He was up and moving around PLUS his own riding buddy stopped to assist him as well so I can see why the op didn't stop... especially since he was playing around/racing or whatever. Too many things could have come up...the guys have an attitude with the sportbiker...somehow blaming the op for his own f*ck up...possibly a witness stopping along with a LEO and able to identify both as racing...blah...blah...blah...

Keep to the code!!! If a pirate falls behind, leave him! Well that is that pirate code...I think i woulda stopped and checked him and tried to scramble before any complications arose...Sure not gonna stay and sing Kum ba ya...

He had a buddy there for his transport and comfort, i am sure FN woulda done the right thing if it was a medical emergency....
