Michigan is $15 first year plate creation fee + $15 annual fee. So the first year its $30 then $15 every year following. Standard plate is $23 + $15 = $38

It's not bad in Missouri because they don't do the imprinting like normal plates. It's like printed on...I don't know how to explain it. I used to have specialized plates in MO....I can't afford them in Texas.

yeah Mississippi's like that... the plate is flat... not dented like Oregon's.

Not sure on bike plates, but it's an extra $25/year in ND for Vanity. Even with "specialized" plates like my guard plates.

That's why I got Collecter plates on the Cutlass, one time fee for anything you want. Higher fee for vanity, but never have to buy tabs again!
