Like the city doesn't process & filter the water anyway. There is no major city that doesn't.

But then, Oregon is just dumb as rocks. This is a state that thinks people are too stupid to pump their own gas. It also thinks it's smart in having no sales tax, but yet it still has a high income tax, so people just move across the river to Washington to avoid the income tax, and just drive back across the river to Portland whenever they need to buy their groceries or TV sets free of sales tax.
