im really excited to get on the track with ftbstd i think i can learn alot by following him, i would learn from nick, but he will be *poof* gone

You should look into private track days by your local forum. There is a local group here that only brings about 20 people and they only put 6-7 people on the track at a time and it's riding with people you know and either the same skill as you or not out to race you, but to build skill level.
