Actually You would be surprised...You dont have to be fat to have what one would consider "Man boobs"

I know a someone who worked out religiously and does MMA and Ji Jit Zu and all that Jazz and is Jacked...And Had "Man Boobs" He had surgery to remove the excess fat on his chest...no matter what he did with his work out regiment it wouldn't go away.

But anyway........
